Daily Reflections for Highly Effective Teens

After reading the book ''Daily Reflections for Highly Effective Teens" written by SEAN COVEY, I felt very knowledgeable. This book helps hundreds of thousands of teens to find a path toward success and personal fulfillment. This book really inspire me to understand, appreciate and internalize the power of the 7 Habits. I learned how to improve my self image. build friendships, resist peer pressure, achieve my goals, make important decisions and live healthier, more self confident lives.
7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens is a real life guide to help teens be their best. Setting goals and writing them down is one of the most important things we can do. Commit them to memory, stay focused, and develop the stamina to go the distance. If we do, we can achieve any goal we set.
I want to share it to you guys. I want you to know how SEAN COVEY express his thoughts, his idea to a simple yet full of information, real life problems that teenager deals everyday, piece of work.

List of Habits that can help us:
1.Get control of your life
2.Improve your relationships with your friends
3.Make smarter decisions
4.Get along with your parents
5.Overcome addiction
6.Define your values and what matters most to you
7.Get more done in less time
8.Increase your self confidence
9.Be happy
10.Find balance between school, work, friends, and everything else.
One thing I've learned. They said that we crawl before we walk. We learn arithmetic before algebra. We must fix ourselves before we can fix others. If we want to make a change in our life, the place to begin is with OUR SELF, not with our parents, or girlfriend/boyfriend, not also in our professor. All change begins with us.It's inside out. Not outside in.
Do you want to know what are the 7 Habits that  I'm talking about? wait for my next blog :)

  4. It's my past time habit. Is that even a talent? I don't think so because I'm not that good in writing. I just started to practice it. :)
