Time to Focus

Almost 4 days left before the midterm exam at New Era University. I felt so nervous, and also a little bit excited for that. And for me, there's so many subjects we need to review for this last week before the midterm week.

Yesterday, I felt so empty regarding to my CS242L (Computer Architecture) subject. No one in our class got the correct codes in our midterm exam. It was so really hard and we don't expect that kind of exam. It's really frustrating. But after that, I just realized that it is our mistakes. My classmate and I did not pass on that subject because of our being careless on that major. And the result? LOW and UNSATISFYING GRADES.
However, I noticed yesterday that in another class on the same subject, there are so many students got a failing grades. Some of them are really sad, and I saw them when they are in the corridor in our department.
An idea caught in my mind  that we are just lucky, for not failing on that major subject. It's better to have a low grade than to have a failing grade. And I knew to myself that I deserved that low grade. It made me realized that we should be focus in every subject that we are taking right now.

  1. Students should realize this early, one needs to be competitive in order to survive. The little effort you put today will surely pay off as you enter the arena of real work.

Be thankful for the teachers who are testing how far you have learned (and have not learned). Definitely it will work on your own advantage sooner than you realize.

Congratulations on your own blog! Keep writing...
